Mary was the daughter of Jacob Ford and Sarah Pool.

Mary Ford is a Mayflower Descendant of Francis Cooke.^[1] Her lineage from Francis Cooke is: Mary⁶ Ford (Jacob⁵, Mercy⁴ Reed, Esther³ Tomson, Mary² Cooke, Francis¹)
