Biography

Edmund was born on 8 August 1828 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England. He was the son of Joseph Cranstone and Maria (Lefevre) Cranstone. [1]

In the 1851 census Edmund (age 22), Assists In Shop, was the unmarried son of Joseph Cranstone on High Street, Hemel Hampstead, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.[2]
