Randall C. Coulter was born on December 12, 1909 in Arkansas. His parents were Albert William Coulter Sr. and Claudie Celestial (Baker) Coulter. In 1910, he lived in Caddo Township, Montgomery County, Arkansas and in 1920, he lived in Fourche Township, Pulaski County, Arkansas where he worked as a farm laborer on the family farm.
In 1930, Randall lived in Mabelvale, Pulaski County, Arkansas and worked as a salesman for a gas and oil company. On October 29, 1935, he married Handi Susan Holiman in Pulaski County, Arkansas. In 1940, he lived in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and worked as a waiter to earn a living.
Randall served in the United States Army during World War II. He enlisted on February 22, 1944 and was discharged on November 4, 1945. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any specific information about his military service from my sources.
In 1950, Randall lived on West 19th Street in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas where he owned a cafe and worked managing the restaurant.
Randall C. Coulter passed away on March 4, 1992 in Arkansas and was buried at Pinecrest Memorial Park and Garden Mausoleum in Alexander, Saline County, Arkansas.
