Biography
Arsene Castonguay was born on 25 Nov 1835 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish in L'Isle-Verte, Bas-Canada.
At age 18 Arsène married Ulger Lepage, laborer, on 22 Aug 1854 in Saint-Germain parish in Rimouski, Canada East. There were eight known children born into this marriage.
She passed away in 1910.
