Richard, born in Makefield about 1695, was the son of John and Elizabeth (Rowden) Brock. He died in Solebury, probably before 1747 as he appears not to be living when his mother's will was written.
He married Susanna Scarborough (daughter of John Scarborough) and together they had 6 children:[1]
John Brock, who married under the care of Abington Monthly Meeting 4 5th month (July 4), 1753 to Sarah Jenkins
Hannah Brock who married Nathaniel Davis September 17, 1740.
