Biography

Joseph Wesley Blackwell, Sr. I have always assumed that Joseph was Sr. since his father was named James. Some sources report his name as being a Jr. I have found a great uncle named Joseph, not sure of his middle name, but perhaps he was named after his uncle. I am unsure, so I am leaving his name as Sr. so as not to be confusing.
