Katherine Lucille Black was born on 2 Aug 1923 in Salem Township, Marion County, Illinois, United States, daughter of Leslie Floyd Black (1903–1928) and Eva Viola Williams (1904–1930). ^[1]

Kathryn was married 3 times. 1st to Herbert Pearl Parkinson, exact date is unknown but it would have been before 1962 (they were trying to adopt a child in 1962, name omitted in case they are still living), ^{[citation needed]}. In Apr 1969, Kathryn and Herbert divorced in in Manatee County, Florida, United States. Kathryn and Herbert had at least 1 son.^[2][3]

Kathryn was married 2nd to Donald John Reinhold on 30 Jun 1970 in Hillsborough, Florida, United States until their divorce on 7 May 1974 in Manatee County, Florida.^[4]

Kathryn was married 3rd to Howard Bacil (aka Basil) Howe on 19 Oct 1996 in Manatee, Florida, until his death on 5 Jan 2002.^[5]
