Biography
Maria Teresa Battaglia is born on 1 October 1879 in Corleone and baptized two days later. She is the daughter of Giuseppe Battaglia and Maria Rosa di Miceli. Her godparents are Antonino Streva and Lucia Jovino, who are both unmarried.[1] Antonino marries Lucia’s sister, Giovanna, later that month.
