Biography
Bertha Armstead is a part of US Black heritage.
Bertha was born about 1904. She is the daughter of William Armstead and Rosa Harris. In 1900, the family was living in Arlington County, Virginia.[1]
By 1910, Bertha was living with her mother, siblings, and half-siblings in Alexandria Ward 3, Alexandria (Independent City), Virginia.[2]
