Biography
Thomas Armistead was born in Gisburn Yorkshire (rezoned into Lancashire in 1974) Dec 1577. His father was Richard Armistead; his mother's ID will be researched.
Not 100% sure on his marital details but proceeding as noted below with his marriage to Anna Newhouse in Giggleswick 1602.
He had 7 children born in Gisburn 1603-1615 including his oldest child Jana aka Jennetta Armistead b 1603 in Gisburn.
