Biography

Kizzie (Adkins) Chambers was born in Appalachia, in Tennessee.

Kizzie was born in 1894. She is the daughter of Calvin Adkins and Barzilla Duncan. In the 1900 census Kissia (age 5) was the daughter of Calvin Adkins in Civil District 13, Campbell, Tennessee.[1] In the 1910 census Kizzie (age 15) was the single daughter of John C Adkins in Civil District 14, Campbell, Tennessee, United States.[2]

Kizziah married Johny Chambers on 23 September 1911 in Campbell County, Tennessee, United States.[3]

Mrs. Kizzie Chambers, daughter of Calvin Adkins & Barzilla Duncan, died (age 65) on 24 June 1960 in Oak Ridge, Anderson, Tennessee, United States.[4] She was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Huntsville, Scott County, Tennessee, United States.[5]
