Nineteen cottages and twelve houses were held by tenants-at-will in 1619. Most of them were in the village but there were several isolated houses, including one in the Leas, two in North closes, and another in the rabbit warren. The house in the Leas already existed in 1606. There was also a house in Deighton park in 1619, no longer part of the manor, and in 1727 it was described as Park House.
