Can I get someone to be automatically added to the Trusted Lists of the profiles I create?

Another person and I are working from the same source, and we keep wanting to see each other's work. I would like him to be added automatically to the Trusted List of all profiles that I create. Possible?

Hi Kenneth.  I'm not aware of any way to automatically add someone as you create profiles.  Each profile has its own custom trusted list as set by the Profile manager, so I think you would need to add your colleague manually as you go.  If it's just a matter of wanting to see each others' work, all you need to do is make the privacy level Public, which lets anyone see the content.  Or you can set it to Open, which will also let anyone edit the content.

Edited to add:  There is a bulk trusted list changes tool that would let you add someone to multiple existing profiles, if that would help you:

The only way that happens automatically is when 2 profiles are merged,

Otherwise, NO each trusted list request has to be done manually.

There is a bulk trusted list access tool but I dont know how to use that.
