I had my DNA done about 2 years ago by Living DNA , they advised UK & NW Europe as 90% and Scandinavian10%, this was surprising and Ive spent many months researching the 10%.   This research was all done using LDS Family Search and I've recorded info going back 30+ generations and more than 2000years

My profile under my name Ron Morgan and member number 26774 is easily accessible.

I wish to start  Project under my name as  Ron Morgan's Ancestors with tag of RGM Ancestors and seek advice of whether this is permissable under the requirements of WikiTree

Grateful for your guidance.

A project probably wouldn't be the best way to showcase the ancestor's of a single individual.  Projects are created to allow a group of members to collaborate on topics or functions of wider general interest, such as the England Project, for example.

A freespace page with a link to that page on your profile.would allow you to showcase or further research your ancestors. That format would not require discussion and approval as would the creation of a project.  Projects also require oversight by a Project Leader whereas a freespace page would not.

Thank you David, this sounds practical and sensible, Ill try to find a freespace page and link it as suggested  - I will be using the Family Search ID as a source ref.  To search for and include every source which might be available would likely take me at my age more years than I have left.                                         Your advice appreciated.  Ron Morgan.
Hi again Ron.

You can add a freespace page from your WikiTree profile.  There is a menu item on your page titled "add".  Click on it and a drop down menu will appear that will allow you to add a freespace page. I will send better directions tomorrow by email.
Hi David, After a great deal of soul searching I've had to make several decisions re my time and am responding and advising through you as you have been the last person to assist me and done so very pleasantly.  My thanks also to all who have helped me.

Due to a couple of medical issues which have hit me and as my age rises I will have to remove myself from WikiTree  in spite of the fact that I've enjoyed it and leaving a lot not done.  Ageing is not for the faint hearted.

I will be removing myself shortly,  Kind regards, Ron Morgan
Ron

I am sorry to hear that you have decided to leave WikiTree.  We would love to have you stay and hope that your health will improve.  Let me know if I can help.

Best regards. David

Ron, looking at your profiles and they do not have sources. FamilySearch is only a publisher of records. You need to actually citate the various sources for proven relationships.
