I think what you are asking is for help finding your biological parents if so on the top right hand of your page is a help tab it list a group called Adoption Angels they may be able to help you with this.

Hi Emma if you need any help in Indiana United States let me know my grandfather was adopted and I was able to get his adoption unsealed I am clueless about DNA here is a link to the adoption records Leora Murphy. I am new to WikiTree so I do not know if I have this page set up right still learning.
