I realise you're already aware of this possibility and didn't want to prejudice other researchers but I think you're wrong to reject the surname Hooke.
The marriage record does appear to have a dot over her surname in the middle of the entry but I think this is just an inkspot. The entry at the top has no dot despite the groom's name having the i's dotted neatly.
I found an entry on findmypast (no image available) where the bride's name has been transcribed "Sar Nocke" and I can see how Hooke could be read as Nocke.

The year is also incorrect with your image on the profile showing quite clearly it was 1800.
At first I thought the best fit was Sarah Hooker baptised in St.John's, South Croydon in spring 1778 but she died, aged 6, in 1784. The remaining strong candidate is Sarah Hooker from Limpsfield which is only about five miles from Cudham.
