A source for Carr as Rachel's surname (wife of John Cox)?

I was wondering if there's a source for the surname of Rachel being "Carr" or for the full name "Rachel Embree Carr", the wife of John Cox?

I've seen it posted in various trees, though also some post Duskin, so figured I'd ask since I've yet to find it.  Thanks.

These immigrant profiles are often in terrible shape. Are there any British records for Rachel or John Cox? I couldn't see any and John Cox's father is one of the worst mish-mashes of multiple people I've ever seen. He seems to have been born in at least three places.

one of the hazards of tracking a 'carr' is that it is sometimes written as 'kerr' and vice versa and I do not know why only that I found this out when trying to track down the grandmother of someone's ex husband (for them) ....
