Any known descendents of William of Watertown on WikiTree?

On the profile of Knowlton-85, there is a research note known as the Knowlton DNA Haplogroup problem, which indicates descendants of John K and William K are not related through the male line.  Does anyone here know if any direct male descendants of William Hammond of Lavenham/Watertown exist, and have taken a Y-DNA test (but obviously not sharing it on WikiTree)?

My ancestor, Benjamin (Hammond-355) is often mistakenly associated with the Watertown Hammonds but genealogy evidence indicates they are not related.(Benjamin is instead associated with a William of London, if that was his real name, or was it just used as a method to differentiate the two?). It would be a definite boon to Hammond genealogy if these two family groups (London and Watertown) could be compared and either prove some kind of connection or totally disprove it once and for all.
