This proposal aims to bring a consistent naming scheme to categories used for ships that carried emigrants from (immigrants to) any place, in any century. Right now shipping categories are messy and not consistent across WikiTree. There are at least four different ways they are currently set up.
This would have an impact on ships carrying immigrants to Canada, and arriving various ports.
