Need some help adding a cemetery category [closed]

Question

Could someone familiar with adding cemetery categories add Wood Wreath Cemetery also known as Island Grove Cemetery in New Berlin, Sangamon County, Illinois. 

I have posted the following category to profile for Joel Lewis Knous:

Category:Wood Wreath Cemetery, New Berlin, Illinois

Thank you. I don't think I could do justice to the new (much improved) format for cemeteries.

Pat, right below here are posts about obtaining a Category: for a cemetery

Using FIND: Categories you can scroll to Cemeteries to North America to United States to Illinois to Sangamon County and see if the cemetery is listed, and if so you can add it yourself; if not listed, you can in the lower right hand corner in bitty print request a new category

Thank you! Susan I was able to use Kathy's information  below from categoryInfoBox I borrowed from Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, Illinois and I think I got it right.

Thanks, Kathy for the information. I was concerned about using the CategoryInfoBox. However I borrowed one from another category in same county and changed the information to you what you provided. I think its right now.
