Can a Profile Manager have a Profile Manager?

I have been searching for the Unresponsive Profile Manager on a Profile but cannot find it. This person has not been on since 2013 and I want to clear up a duplicate. But I noticed the Profile Manager for the profile has a Profile Manager. I have never seen this. Is it possible?

To answer your lead-in question, Yes.

If you can't find the Unresponsive Profile Managers link on a particular profile, you can find the generic UPM link in the Help Index under P, Profile Managers, unresponsive.
