Stuck for info regarding anything prior to my grandparents - RANDELL

Question

I'm totally stuck here & I feel like I just started   

I know my Dad's father's name was Cecil Victor Charles "Vic" Randell (died 2011) & he married Beryl Barbara Shirley --- (unknown maiden name - died 14/6/2004) They both passed away in Mt Druitt, NSW, Australia but I think they may have lived elsewhere, maybe in WA or SA at one stage.

Have been told they both had one child each (don't know their names or anything) before marrying each other, then had two sons together, Edward "Ted" Randell, my father and Terry Randell.

Cecil had a few brothers that I'm aware of, the only one I know is the one still living, I believe his initials (for privacy) are A.K.R.

I'm sorry but I don't know much else & my dad can't find any of  their paperwork.

There is a marriage in the NSW index: in 1961; Ref. 19550; Cecil Victor C. RANDELL & Kay Betty DOMBRAIN; District: Parkes.
