Why can't we find out names of Harvey Tarver's (1593-1658) parents?

How do we find out about Harvey Tarver's (1593-1658, Wales) parents? Is there a site we can visit to get this information?

In this time period, wonder what took him from Wales in West Riding, Yorkshire to Stepney? Don't seem to find the surname Tarver in Yorkshire in this time period. Do find Torver.

Wife Felix (my 9th ggm via her son with first husband) is from Wales. Is Henry perhaps from Wales rather than Wales, West Riding, Yorkshire? What's the source of Wales, West Riding as his place of origin?

My research shows he was born in Wales? Not sure why or how he wound up in Yorkshire, and married to Felix Collins in Stepney? Should I try researching parentage in Wales? If so, where's the best place to start?

Anonymous, looking at this further with a fresh mind (I should never Wiki with a tired mind), Henry Tarver has been erroneously attached to this Felix Collins. That Felix and her first husband, both of Wales, were alive and immigrated to Massachusetts in 1632 with their only son is very well documented on the profile of William Lewis. She could not have married Harvery "Henry" Tarver in 1621 and had a child with him in 1628.

I will have PGM detach Tarver and his son from the profile of Felix Collins as this is obviously in error and probably stems from faulty information at Ancestry, Geni, etc.
