869 Duplicated named Inline citations - suggestion I tried to find but can not - [closed]

Question

Kortregt-10 - just found out you can look for more suggestions - silly me I thought  I was doing good on this - no and then I thought I could figure out what this was - again no - there are two named references in there but I do not see the error

The info column in the Suggestion indicates what 'ref name' is causing the problem and how many 'extra' times it is being defined.

You have <ref name=DAR> twice.  In the paragraph under ===Service===, and again in the third paragraph (just above ==Sources==).
