Pending merges not yet approved issue [closed]

Question

All of my Pending Merges not yet approved have the same recent date and time in the Last Updated line in the Pending Merge listing.  It's not only on my Pending Merge list.  I found it on others.  The same date and time.

Last updated 2018-11-01 14:20:42.

Can someone check this out.  It seems to be a bug in the system.

I know that there were issues with the merging process earlier this week....

There was some type of glitch on the morning of the 1st -- folks were noting that they did not get their daily feed.

I had happened to look at pending merges proposed by me and they all showed owned by closed account at WikiTree. A few hours later all were back into the state of needing approval. Among these were a couple of merges which I proposed on 3 Oct. Don't know if those will go into default approval tomorrow.

I guess they won't go into default before December 1. As far as I understand the incident of Nov 1 reset the counter for all pending merges.

Mine as well. Didn't notice that. Now I see that the earliest should have gone to default 2 November, so that one will be almost a 60-day wait. Well, we get a little holiday from completing merges :-)

Yes, it's an opportunity to reduce the backlog of approved merges!
