What do I do if I don't get any action on an Unresponsive manager request

I submitted an unresponsive manager request for 2 profiles I'm related to.  Not sure if It went through I submitted a second one the following week.   But It's been over 2 weeks since I've submitted my first one and I haven't got any response from wikitree what so ever and both profiles are still locked.

What do I do?????

When a UPM is submitted, a Team member will usually attempt to contact the manager and then wait 7 clear days for a response. The 7 days in the instructions does not begin from the time the request is submitted, but from the time an email is sent by the Team. Allowing for the odd day or two off, requests may not be read or actioned for one or two days. So you may not see a result for anything between 8 to 14 days (in some cases).

Certainly if you have not had a reply in more then two weeks feel free to send a follow-up.

You should contact a member of the WikiTree Team. You can find their information here. They will be able to find out what happened to your request.
