My great, great grandfather Adam Greene was from saint James in Barbados. He was born around 1818. He was married to Patience Easter and later to Dorothy Ann (Dolly Ann) Holder. I think his mother was Margaret Ann Greene and his father was Charles Smith. Would love to learn more about my family. Any help will be appreciated.

If you search Adam Green in familysearch.org, you will find a number of entries for him, including the marriage records to both Patience and Dorothy Ann, as well as the birth of several children. One of the marriage records confirms Charles Smith as the name of his father. Do you know the reason for the surname change?
