Doug Lockwood just proposed a merge, with a comment today, of Budd-1326 into Budd-97 (the profile in the question). Anonymous is noting that Budd-1326 says that he died in 1670 in Pennsylvania; Budd-97 shows he died in jail in England in 1670. However, -1326 is simply an error, because the profile also contains info relating to the 1670 death in England.
I assume that anonymous is saying the merge should go ahead, but that -1326 contains an error.
