The in formation you provide in your question is too sparse to work with. Please provide some details.
Do you know her Maiden name, first and last?  And dates/approximate dates of b, m or d?  Do you have a location of b, m, or d - ie: Country > Province/Region/State > City, town?

Anything you could add might help find the correct ancestor.

What helped someone help me find my maternal grandmother was providing the names of her children and someone was able to find one of the children crossing from Canada into the US and that led to finding my Grandmother's first name (She'd always just been Grandma Bates to me). I know it's hard when you don't have much to go on, but don't be discouraged.
