Shared Photo: Commissioning of Joseph P. Farmer

I wanted to share this family photo of Joseph Farmer with the community. Location: Washington, DC. Date: 1 June 1918. The original was obviously printed on very acidic paper and is in a terrible state of deterioration. I thought this would be a good place to store it as well as in my computer. Benedict Crowell (1917-1920) signed as the Assistant Secretary of War. Can't tell the other signature, John B. ______, Adjutant General. (Wikipedia no help here.) I just put Joseph's profile up, more sources to come. Joseph was my grandfather-in-law.
