Has anyone done work on children of Elizabeth Doty (Doty-66)?

Question

I am seeking some help and more information on the children of Elizabeth Doty (Doty-66) daughter of Edward Doty (Mayflower), She married twice (Carver-258) and also to John Rouse (Rouse-44).  No children are listed in the current Wikitree profiles of John or Elizabeth.  Edward Doty society only lists one son that died in infancy (George).  The book "Doty-Doten Family in America" and other sources indicate that they had at least a son John, other sources indicate three children.  I have seen references to a possible daughter of Elizabeth named Annie.  There is an Annie Rouse (Rouse-501) that married Abraham Howland (Howland-908), some have made that connection, although  I have not seen solid sources for it.

The Pilgrim Edward Doty Society states on their family site:

Elizabeth and her branch stayed in Marshfield, for three generations. Her grandchildren died childless, so this branch died out early.

Mayflower Families:11:2:10-11 lists three children, two (both George) died as infants. The third, John (only possible) died in 1704 at the age of twenty six. No marriage records or offspring listed for him.
