Guy,

I can't speculate as to what the birth record says, but the marriage record seems to have Beausiou in the margin and Beausieu in the text.

I read BEAUSIER in her marriage record

For the baptism record, I am not sure.

Is the last letter a E or a R ?

BEAUSSIE(R) ?

LEBEAUSIE(R) in the record itself,  the name of her godmother, Jeanne, is the same.

Marcel Trudel has her as Jeanne Beausier in his catalog of immigrants 1632-1662.  The marriage also looks like that.  Baptism looks like Lebeausier when looking at godmother's name, the father's name is frittered away there.

The sister's baptism that David gives us has the father named ''Jehan le Beaussire'' from what I can make out. (right hand side, 2nd from bottom)

More than likely BOUCHIER, when someone is illiterate they can misspell names especially when they are only illiterate because of a language barrier but even those that are literate still make mistakes for example when coming across any Ann’s a name I most always spell with an E.

no, we were looking at original records to determine correct name for her.  Question is 4 years old.
