Seeking someone to do title search in Erie County PA

Question

I have a Horace Todd and a Farrington Todd (various spellings of the first name) located in Springfield, Erie County PA according to 1830 and 1840 federal census.  Erie County recorder said that I need to get someone to do a title search - they don't do that apparently. Does anyone know of someone who can look at the Deed Books and obtain a copy of any deeds related to them? I believe Horace to be son of Farrington. There is no Farrington in the PA or OH census after 1840 and Horace apparently moved to OH by the 1850 census. (Horace had a son named Farrington)
