Hello Jerome, Names get added to your watchlist when you create a profile or when you are added as a member of a trusted list. This helps you to keep track of the profiles you are working on. You will also be able to see if anyone has edited the profiles you manage as you can see when they were last changed. There are also options to filter the list by Unsourced or Unconnected to get a quick overview of profiles requiring follow up.
