Can someone help with removing Block ID 12087? [closed]

My wife, Bryant-7659, has been blocked for a week. Her inbox was full, and e-mail bounced. The inbox has been fixed, We have e-mailed info@wikitree.com, but are still blocked a week later. I am posting from another location as we cannot post from home.
