christening citing

I have this christening but can not find the citing for it any help please.

Do you have any idea where yoiu got that record? I looked for it in Family Search, but got no hits. I did find him in the 1891 census:

The image is available on ancestry and the citation given is: London Metropolitan Archives, Mile End Old Town St Peter, Register of Baptism, p93/pet1, Item 011  and I would add the year 1886 Pg. 1 Entry No. 3

i have put his and his siblings christening as shown just thought it could be found somewhere else as i feel it looks messy as it is
