Jerusha Jane Duncan was my Grandmother, Grace Mildred Sherman's mom. Jerusha was born 15 Nov 1849 died and buried in Hancock county Illinois September 1920.

My other great-grandmother, Fannie Belle Garrett was married to Carson Williams in 1882 and was buried in Hancock county Illinois in June 1926.

It appears my great-grandmother had more than on step dad.  a need for taking the autosomal DNA test becomes more important for me to dig deeper into the roots of my family tree. :-)
