Donnie if you go to ENGLAND & WALES  and also to SCOTLAND for each name, Painter and Panther, the counties show a different distribution in both cases.

I don't know which one is right but them Copes I believe was German so it maybe the Panther spelling I can find a divorce paper for this couple but it just has him as Ben Panther and divorce date. I have this information on her profile..
