Is Charles Luker the Father of Alice Luker ( born Indiana?) who married Leo Marks?

Question

I was told that My Great Grandmother Alice Luker ( m Marks) may have had a brother Charles Luker. Alice also named her Son Charles Marks, Son Edward Marks, and Daughter Edith Lillian Marks.

I wonder if this is the same family?
I heard about "Tom' River" when I was little.

I am now in OR

I was told that Alice may have been born n 1854? In Indiana?

This Alice Marks death record lists her mother's maiden name as Callahan - not much help.  These families moved around a lot.
