Error Report problem

I too am having error report problems, but a different way perhaps. I understand that the report is done on  Mondays.

My problem is that some profiles are not changing when you make the corrections. I had thought it might be my browser, but it happened using another as well.

These were unmanaged profiles so it was not a manager rechange. I made some changes to mixed caps, did some other dbs took a break and went back into the error list and accidentally picked one I had done. When I went into the profile it was as if I had not done anything. I don't know if the web is that slow that things done don't stick or what.

I am at a loss. These are profiles not the report. I am going to watch closer  when doing db errors. and the profiles that I do them on.
It now says that Wiseman-1799 an Wiseman-1826 don't exist. I adopted these yesterday.

Try refreshing the page when you go back into a profile you have already done. F5 usually does it.

BTW, I got through to Weseman-1826 with no problem.  You are the PM.

And I'm able to see Wiseman-1799.  It shows you're the manager and have recently adopted it and made some edits.

Thanks to all who answered my question. The problem of not finding them is solved. The form allows only 1 ID even though it asks for multiple tags.

I did Save each thing I did so that has not been solved unless I was taken to an old copy of the profile. As suggested by both of you I will refresh each time I go to a new profile I have been to before.

Another thing.  Are you remembering to update the Status box?  It's relatively recently that this was added as the way to say what you've done and if you don't click on Status it won't take when it comes to showing on the error list until the next week.  Still, if you've remembered to save the changes in the profile you're working on, it should show in a week unless you didn't really fix the error as shown on the list.  

One think you might do if you don't seem to see changes you made is to go to the Changes tab and see what it shows.  If it doesn't show there, you're going to have to do it over again.
