Wiki genealogy feed

Question

good afternoon all,

As a newbie to Wiki Tree, i have bout 9 surnames that i am following  tags, but when i get my genealogy  feed  since i joined, my email is only of 2  of the   surnames?  Have i set up something wrong?.  On my page i show  bout adding  family activity feed, but never in emails i get daily?  Also i posted a picture to a profile, and  it showed upside down, when i know i posted right side up, how  can i fix that?    And one more thing  i wonder if  Wiki Tree  has a store, where you can tshirts etc?  One more question i have  seen the  word "points" on some of my  profiles what is that? Ya'll  have a wonderful day, and I want to thank all that have helped me.  when you are legally blind it sure helps.  thank you all again   (((huggs))))

Welcome to Wikitree!

1. In my experience the genealogy feed content depends on who has made updates to those tags. If there hasn't been any activity then they won't show up. Have you checked to see if there's been any activity recently with those not included?

2. I had the same problems when I started. You have to edit you photos in whatever program you have on your computer by cropping, rotating etc. Keep them ending upright but it should fix your problem. I always crop a small part of my photos now and have not had a problem since.

3. There are Wikitree t-shirts for sale here: http://www.wikitree.com/blog/wikitree-tshirt-treeshirt-designs/ but they're not the official ones you see on Podcasts etc.

4. There is a ranking system with points on G2G. If you click on the "Members" tab at the top you will see everyone listed with their points.

Your genealogy feed looks right.  Your problem is that Davis is a very common name.  You might decide it's more nuisance than it's worth to follow it.

I have found this to be true with my Davis line (also Bishop and Knight) I have yet to find any feed related to my lines, but I keep checking anyway, hope springs eternal!

My grandmother was a Davis before she married a Gray.  I would like some more information on this side.  My great grandfather's name is Williard Dollard Mayes Davis.  I understand he died about 1903.  He was married to Fannie Barlow and lived around Potts Camp, MS  My name is Betty Jones.  My grandmother is my mother's mama.  My mother married Edward D. Brewer.
