Haas Rootsearch stopped working? [closed]

Question

I was trying to use Roots Search and it does not  ask for ID until you enter something Then ties to search on your login ID. I tried to do it on the profile ID but it could not find it like a login ID. Is it working? Not for me.

It's 4:35 pm Central time and it's doing the same thing to me.  I even tried changing my password Actually it may be something different. it keeps telling me to login

You're #3 post.  But It is now back to working.
