How can an unmanaged match be private. How can it be merged?

How do I go about adopting a match to my grandfather that says it is private but is not showing as being managed by anyone.

Forgive me for how I worded my question as it may not have been clear.  I want to adopt/manage it, but when I click to do that, I can't because it is private.

Mike, It should have a yellow place to click, right next to where it says "No Profile Manager," that says "adopt this profile."  If it isn't there for you, let me know and I'll adopt the profile and make you a profile manager. Vic
