Shared Photo: Maltos Family Mysteries Image 1

Question

I've been researching my Maltos family tree for years, and had never seen a photo of my Maltos great grandparents.  Fortunately, a cousin had some in a box! This mystery man was among them. It may be that he is related to my great grandfather, Jose Maria Maltos or to his mother Abata Maltos.  I wanted to share this family photo of Maltos Family Mysteries with the community, and would be thrilled if anyone can identify him.  Location: San Francisco, California. Date: unknown.

Image search on Google Search did not yield a match .. this photo was artificially colorized and made in a studio photo set .. hmmmm
