A mother, her son, and her niece. The son went to live with his cousin during WWI, as his father was serving, and his mother was a school teacher. The son ended up taking up the profession of his uncle - that of baking.

I really like this photo with the mum and two adorable children in the beach, I the clothes the has one, the little bucket they play with, and mum has warm stocking on I hope it was not to hot.

Glad to see the children has bare legs.
