How do I edit a public profile where I'm unable to become a trusted user or adopt the profile?

My grandmother's profile seems half correct and half erroneous and I'd like to adopt the profile or be on the trusted list to edit it but it's not allowing me to do either.  

How do I go about editing it for accuracy?
