Looking for information on Farrell/o'Farrell of Oughterard Galway. Michael Farrell born 1852 or 1847 marreid Catehrine o'connor in galway on 02/02/1888 Michael was anAngler and worked on Lough corrib/owen riff. any info gratefully received. carla

Thanks for the info, i know Michael  was still alive in the 1930's as my grandmother came back from Canada as a young girl in the 30's with her mother and siblings to live with her grandparents . my grandma is 90 in January and remembers living on the waterfall in Oughterard, his wife Catherine was also alive then. They did not have any male children only females.

I appreciate your help in trying though.
