Why has the Italian Roots template changed? I liked the old one better!

Question

Please restore the old Italian Roots template. The new one is not pretty like the old one! I do not want to add this new one to any of my profiles. The yellow background was awesome, and this new one is too plain.

All project templates have been standardized, including Italian Roots. There was a lengthy series of discussions on it the last couple months: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/314966/which-project-box-design-do-you-prefer

it's no longer putting the category Italian Roots on the catagory bar.

That's repaired-should be categorized there now, though long term, that category should be broken down into smaller pieces.

This is too bad. I really enjoyed the old template. I guess I won't be adding templates anymore.

I won't be removing any but won't make an effort to add that new one.  It's hard to even tell that it's supposed to be a map of Italy!  It needs some type of non-white background so that you can see the outline of central Italy ... white on white doesn't get it.

Addendum: Okay, if I pull out my magnifying glass, there is a red border there but it's pretty much non-visible to the naked eye ... at least my naked eye.

Thank you Bob Jewett. I feel the same way. They need to return to the yellow background or the template just looks strange.
