Born before 1700

Question

I can confirm that he is born:

15 JUL 1699 • Kvistbro, Sweden but I am not able to registrate that. I do not understand why.

Before you can create or edit a profile for a person born before 1700 you have to take the 15 minute Pre 1700 self-certification quiz. This will earn you the Pre 1700 badge. Then you'll be able to create the profile.

Hmmm.  Unless you've been here a while it'll take you longer than 15 minutes to pass the test.  You're supposed to correct all the ones you missed the first time through.  I think I took a couple of hours as I wanted to see the reasons why I missed the ones I did rather than just correct them and move on.
