How do I(female) down load a gedcom my tree,and add dna from a male cousin?

I will address the DNA part of your question.  The DNA test for your cousin should be added to his profile because it is his test and his DNA.  If you do not want to add his name to the WikiTree, you can make his profile anonymous as I have done to add my brother's test https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cooper-5404 and my husband's test https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Smith-44906.  Make sure you set his profile privacy to Private with Public Family Tree or Private with Public Biography and Family Tree.
